When low-grade steel blades suffer rapid tip recession, the tip-to-liner clearance widens beyond 10mm. This results in severe slurry slipping, longer mixing cycles, increased electrical power consumption per batch, and unmixed aggregate pockets. VOTNE mixing blades utilize ultra-hard Cr26 high-chromium alloy casting metallurgy (62 to 66 HRC), forming a dense concentration of discontinuous M7C3 eutectic carbides (1500 to 1800 HV) bound inside a tempered martensitic matrix.
